I am Lea Callahan and after working in corporate America for 10 years there’s nothing I enjoy and appreciate more than being at home! I love teaching our children, welcoming guests, hosting events, and just hanging out with family or by myself in our home. Usually home is our house in Hoover, Alabama, but we also travel a lot and home can be our hotel room, the inside of our vehicle, or the entire new city we’re exploring. Wherever we are, I love learning more about our Creator, Lord, and Savior Jesus Christ and His amazing creation, from the history and future of His people to the elements and mysteries of nature.  My husband, Dale Callahan, and I have four wonderful children and two amazing grandsons. Two of our children are still homeschooling and two have graduated from college. One is married to our wonderful son-in-law. We have been homeschooling since 2000. This blog is a place for me to capture our discoveries.
